Casa do Xixo is arranged over two floors and is a semi detached home set within a peaceful residential area. While it shares one side wall with a neighboring house, it offers independent access and private outdoor areas, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

Ground floor:

First floor:
• One double bedroom with queen size bed and balcony overlooking the ocean
• One twin bedroom with two single beds

The interior layout is practical and welcoming, with the living room and kitchen connected to create a social and functional space. Both the balcony and terrace face the sea, allowing natural light and open views to be enjoyed throughout the day. Heating and cooling electric units provide year round comfort. A travel crib is available upon request for families with young children.
